A Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) position is available in Coastal Virginia starting February 2026, offering flexible shifts and support from MD supervisors. The role involves comprehensive anesthesia care including assessment, planning, induction, maintenance, emergence, and monitoring across various surgical cases. The position requires a Virginia license, credentialing within 30 days, and includes benefits such as malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging support.
CRNA Needed in Virginia
Start Date: February 2, 2026 or as soon as credentialed
Contract Length: ongoing with option for extension
Schedule: 5 shifts per week, 8 12 hours each (7a 4p standard), 24-hour OB coverage available. Day shift required. In-house call preferred.
Case types include General, Neuro, Ortho, OB, Uro, Gyn, Ophtho, Endo. Responsibilities include pre-anesthesia assessment, patient consent, anesthetic planning, induction, maintenance, emergence, and physiological monitoring.
Support staff includes MD supervision (1:4 MD to CRNA ratio). Rare MD solo cases.
EMR system: Epic
Virginia License Required (We can help license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
