Job Description
Join our new unit dedicated to providing 24/7 telemetry monitoring for patients. As a Telemetry Registered Nurse, you will be integral to enhancing patient care and safety by utilizing advanced telemetry equipment and adhering to best practices in monitoring and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct bedside shift reports and hourly safety rounding.
- Utilize telemetry equipment to monitor patient vitals and respond to alerts.
- Perform general Med/Surg telemetry procedures.
- Draw lab samples as needed.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Must pass the hospital's telemetry test.
- Experience in general Med/Surg telemetry is preferred.
