Practice Details: Practice Setting: Inpatient only Patient Population: Adult Bed Count: 28 beds in the critical care unit Patient Load: 4-16 patients per shift Rounding: Unassigned patients Responsibilities: Admissions: Required for patients in the critical care unit. Clinical Duties: Manage and round on patients, complete all necessary documentation in the EMR system (Epic), and collaborate with the healthcare team. Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care. Requirements: Board Certification: Required (Eligible if board certified in Internal Medicine with a Critical Care Medicine fellowship). Certifications: ACLS, ABLS, and BLS certifications are required. ATLS and PALS are not required. State License: Active and unrestricted Arizona license is required. Credentialing: Estimated at 30 days. Background: Must have a clean malpractice history and NPDB report due to the urgency of the need.
