Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Susanville, CA
Contract Length: 6+ Months

Job Description
- Evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities
- Develop personalized treatment plans and rehabilitation programs
- Provide hands-on therapy and use evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and exercises for continued care
Education and Certification Requirements- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current California Physical Therapy license (or eligibility)
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Previous clinical experience preferred; travel experience is a plus
