- Full-time position
- 7-on/7-off schedule
- 161, 12-hour shifts per year
- Teams consist of dedicated rounding and admitting shifts
- No night coverage required for daytime providers
- Closed ICU, no procedures required
- Intensivists/ER run codes and Hospitalists run rapid assessments
- Strong consultant support and dedicated hospitalist RN support
- Experience preferred but Internal Medicine new graduates are welcome to apply
- As a non-profit, Kadlec qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
- Access to professional student loan consultant
- Compensation is between $322,113 and $364,127 per year
- The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them
- Comprehensive benefits include health, vision, dental and retirement and sick leave
- No state income tax for Washington State
