The Cardiology Physician provides inpatient cardiac care including daily rounding, managing 5-10 patients per shift, and responding to night calls with a 20-minute beeper response. This role requires board certification, preferably fellowship training, and relevant ACLS and BLS certifications while working within an Epic EMR system at a level 2 trauma facility. The physician collaborates with a support team of PAs and NPs to deliver non-invasive cardiology services including echocardiography and nuclear cardiology procedures.
