Position Type: Full-Time Permanent CRNA Anesthesia

Overview

Excellent opportunity for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a professional and collaborative anesthesia team at a Level II Trauma Center in Grand Rapids. Flexible scheduling, a wide variety of cases, and strong compensation/benefits make this an attractive permanent position.

Practice Highlights

• Schedule: Mix of 8, 10, 12, 16, and 24-hour shifts

• Call Coverage:

  • Weekend Call: Assigned quarterly (Fri Sun rotation as primary or secondary backup). Scheduling excludes PTO weeks.

  • Weekday Call: Approx. 1 call shift every 6 weeks (Mon Thu, 7P 7A).

• Facility: Level II Trauma Center with:

  • 16 operating rooms

  • 4 endoscopy suites

  • 2 OB operating rooms

  • 5 NORA sites

• Case Mix: General and complex cases including kidney transplants, thoracic, ortho/trauma, bariatrics, podiatry, GYN, neuro, imaging (MRI/CT), heart & vascular, OB, and regional blocks.

• Supportive, confident, and friendly provider team

• Experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome

• Not accepting locums providers

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA by start date) REQUIRED

• Michigan License (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED

• DEA (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED

• ACLS & BLS (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED

• Must complete credentialing process (credentialing fees not reimbursed)

• Must confirm candidate has not applied directly

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $112.75/hour

• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $30,000 with 3-year commitment
