This position seeks a licensed Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to provide comprehensive medical care in Arkansas, offering both locum and permanent opportunities. Candidates must have an MD or DO degree, board certification or eligibility, and clinical experience in OB-GYN, ideally with neonatal intensive care skills. If you are dedicated, skilled, and motivated to advance women s health, this position is for you. Required Skills: Medical degree (MD or DO) with a valid and active state medical license. Board certification or eligibility in OB-GYN. Proven experience in obstetrics and gynecology practices. Strong clinical skills with the ability to handle complex cases. Excellent communication and patient management abilities. Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Nice to Have Skills: Experience in neonatal intensive care (NICU Level 2) settings. Active AR license and AR DEA registration. Familiarity with government payors, including Medicaid. Additional certifications in fetal monitoring or minimally invasive gynecologic procedures. Bilingual capabilities are a plus. Preferred Education and Experience: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology, with NICU exposure preferred. Demonstrated ability to handle diverse patient populations in a fast-paced environment. Other Requirements: Valid AR state medical license and active AR DEA license. Ability to participate in Medicaid and other government payor programs. Willingness to work as per schedule, including potential on-call responsibilities. Commitment to maintaining licensure, certifications, and ongoing professional development. Comply with all applicable health and safety regulations, including licensure, certification, travel, and reimbursement policies.
