Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds -26 Number of Staff – 15 Type of staff: Day Shift –13 RNs, 1 Charge Nurse, 1 Patient Care Tech Night Shift - 13 RNs, 1 Charge Nurse, 1 Patient Care Tech Patient Ratios – 1:2; 1:1 for high acuity including post CABG patients Type of equipment – Balloon pumps; CRRT; Hypothermia; ECMO EMR -Meditech
