- Unit: OB (Labor & Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum)
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Start Date: September 22, 2025
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Shift: 12-hour day shifts (4:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend, rotating holidays
- Float Requirements: May float to Med/Surg as needed
- Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1990-$2130
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in WI or compact state (Iowa RN license accepted)
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
- Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
- Current AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Minimum 2 years of recent OB/Labor & Delivery nursing experience
- Experience in Critical Access Hospital and Med/Surg settings required
- Epic charting experience preferred
- Must begin medical compliance process within 48 hours of offer acceptance (24 hours for quick start)
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to laboring, delivering, and postpartum patients in a low-risk OB setting
- Monitor and assess mothers and newborns, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the birthing process
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to provide high-quality patient care
- Float to Med/Surg unit as needed, supporting a diverse patient population
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation using Epic (preferred)
- Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as scheduled
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
