Position Details:
Patient Population: Cardiovascular Services
Setting: Cath Lab & CV OR
Responsibilities: Provide anesthesia coverage for cardiovascular procedures
Required Procedures: TEE and central lines
EMR System: Cerner
Support Staff: Provided
Days Per Month: 4 shifts per week (Monday-Friday) + 1 weekend per month
On-Call/Weekends: 24-hour call shifts, home call on weekends with case-based call-ins

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible - Required
• AZ license or IMLC (LOQ in hand) - Required
• Anesthesia Residency - Required
• Cardiac Anesthesia Fellowship - Preferred
• Malpractice Coverage - Required
• Availability at time of name clear - Required
