Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Behavioral Health (Nights)
Location: Springdale, AR
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights, 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM, every other weekend required
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year Behavioral Health RN experience
Position Overview:
The Behavioral Health Registered Nurse provides comprehensive care to adult psychiatric patients, ensuring safe and therapeutic treatment in accordance with hospital policies and state regulations. The RN will utilize critical thinking, leadership, and effective communication to deliver quality patient care in a behavioral health setting.
Requirements:
Active Arkansas or multistate RN license
BLS certification (AHA)
Minimum 1 year of Behavioral Health RN experience
CPI or SAMA certification preferred (may be completed at the facility if needed)
Responsibilities:
Deliver patient-centered psychiatric care in compliance with hospital policies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient treatment planning
Provide supervision and guidance to support staff
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Participate in crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed
