Job DescriptionWe are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) with at least 18 months of recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing patient care, monitoring telemetry, and working collaboratively with the healthcare team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients.
- Monitor patient telemetry and vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and treatments.
- Minimum of 18 months recent permanent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry.
- Active Ohio RN license or Compact State license in hand.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Experience with charting systems, preferably Community Hospital.
