Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend and every other holiday.
· Required Certifications: WI RN License, BLS, ACLS, TNCC and PALS.
· Minimum Experience: 5 years - must have at least one year of travel experience- FIRM required.
Trauma Level II experience required.
· Charting Experience: EPIC required. · Unit Information: Trauma level II, 18 bed unit, stroke certified, cardiac, neuro, pediatrics, geriatrics, respiratory, etc.
Very face-paced environment.
3-4 pts per nurse.
Epic computer charting.
Pyxis medication dispenser.
