Pediatrician for Growing Clinic in Northwestern Tucson, AZ!

Banner University Medical Group is seeking a qualified candidate to join the Banner - University Medicine Pediatric Specialty Clinic , a small thriving clinic serving the children of the northwestern Tucson area, including the Marana and Oro Valley suburbs. The intimate private practice has earned the trust of a well-established patient base. Each provider has a designated support staff and RN triage onsite. If desired, an optional opportunity to grow with a larger academic community and teaching medical students is available. The physician hired will receive an academic appointment at the University of Arizona that is consistent with their credentials.

Position Details:

• Provide primary care to children
• Clinical/Admin Schedule: M-F 8-5, with time split equally between our Cholla and North Hills locations
• Patient Volume: 16-20/day
• 1:1 MA Physician Ratio
• Shared Call (1:13) (home call consult only with resident or nurse support)
• Procedures including well-baby visits and routine physicals
• Rotation in newborn nursery
• EMR: Cerner

Qualifications:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics

Experience preferred, new grads encouraged to apply!

Comfortable working independently

Patient-focused, team-based approach
