Our job summary

This position seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive primary care services in a busy outpatient practice serving mainly geriatric and adult patients. The role involves managing annual visits, sick visits, physicals, and chronic disease treatment with a dedicated support team, operating during regular weekday hours without on-call duties. The candidate must have at least one year of outpatient primary care experience, appropriate licensure, and board certification, with a strong emphasis on patient relationship building and clinical excellence.

We are currently looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care practice in Cypress , TX

Patient Demographics & Scope: The incoming provider will offer the full spectrum of primary care services, including annual visits, sick visits, physicals, and chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension). The patient panel consists primarily of geriatrics (50%+) and adults (30%), with some adolescents (15%) and very few patients under 12.
Support Staff: Supported by a dedicated team, including 5 Medical Assistants (MAs), a Front Desk team, a Quality Measure Associate, and an Office Manager (OM) with excellent retention.MAs handle check-in (vitals, screenings, phone follow-ups) and check-out (testing, vaccines, etc.).
Schedule & Call: Full-time hours are 8:00 AM5:00 PM, MondayFriday, with shorter days on Tuesday and Friday (8:00 AM4:00 PM). No call is required.

Qualifications :

Minimum one (1) year of experience in Outpatient Primary Care is required
Must love building relationships with patients, value bedside manner, and possess excellent clinical skills.
Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.
State licensure and board certification are required.
