Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist with 2+ years of experience and ARDMS credentialing for a day shift assignment.
Responsibilities
- Work in a diagnostic imaging department with a focus on general abdominal, OB, and small parts ultrasound exams
- Perform vascular studies including upper and lower extremity DVT studies and carotid ultrasound
- Day shift schedule from 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM with a call rotation
- 13-week contract
- Must have vascular knowledge and be able to perform DVT and carotid studies
- Local candidates accepted as there is no radius rule specified
- COVID-19 vaccination is not required for this position
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years ultrasound/sonography experience
- Current BLS/BCLS certification required
- ARDMS credential required, including Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS)
- Ability to perform general abdominal, obstetric, small parts, and vascular ultrasound studies
