Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesOur multispecialty group, Dignity Health Medical Group - Bakersfield, a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN Physician to join our team in Bakersfield, California. We're embarking on building a brand-new, comprehensive OB/GYN practice from the ground up to address the growing need for women's healthcare in the community.
Practice Highlights:
- Join an experienced Obstetrician/Gynecologist in a collaborative practice and share call responsibilities

- No in-house call required
- Emphasis on high-quality care rather than patient volume
- Robotic surgery experience is a plus
Available Resources:
- Access to Gynecologic Oncology and Perinatology services
- RN triage coverage during after-hours and weekends
- Dedicated marketing representative to help build your patient panel and connect with the community
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive compensation range: $360,000 - $421,000/year
- Excellent earning potential with a salary guarantee period and productivity bonus

Job Requirements- MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
- A valid and unrestricted California medical license
- DEA Certification
