- 16 bed ICU with 5 bed CCU
- Physician shift: 7a-7p with night call 7p-7a
- NPPA shifts: 7a-7p; 7p-7a
- 7 on; 7 off scheduling for full-time
- Meditech EMR

- Additional Stipend for Medical Director
- Physicians must be Critical Care Pulmonary trained
- ACNP certification required for NPs
- Collegial relationship with the Hospitalist Program that is also staffed by SCP
