Locum Tenens Traumatic Brain Injury/General Medicine Physician Needed in Illinois Are you a Board Certified Physician with expertise in Traumatic Brain Injury and General Medicine? a Maximus company, is seeking dedicated providers to perform a combination of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury exams for our nation's Veterans. Location: The position is located near Westhope, ND. Requirements: Board Certified Proficient in METs testing and evaluating respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions Must be willing to perform both General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury exams Own a laptop (no Mac/Apple products) Must follow rate structure and meet rate requirements Must be willing to wear a mask during all visits Previous compensation and pension evaluation experience (Highly Preferred) Active and unrestricted full license Job Description: Shifts: PRN basis, ongoing Willing to accept specialties: Neurology, Neurosurgery, PM&R Exams are primarily interview-based with some physical assessment Range of motion testing, muscle strength testing, and evaluating traumatic brain injury No prescribing, no treatment DMA certification available (CME credits can be obtained) Use of Goniometer required Familiarity with Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardio required Reporting/DBQs must be submitted within 48 hours upon exam completion If you are interested in this rewarding opportunity, please contact MD Staff at or email us at .
