TYPE: 1099 Locums Contract

OPEN DATES AND LOCATION:

3 sites for Mon, Tues and Thurs each week.

Will have 4 days of on-site training/orient prior to first shift when possible, usually phone/Teams interview prior to confirming

Dates: 6/10-10/3 Mon, Tues, Thurs only each week.

Schedule is Mon Tues 8a-3p at Hillcrest and Thurs 8a-4p at Sycamore

Site details for all 3 locations: NP or PA, Ages 18+, single provider clinic, no more than 10 patient per day, Primary Care and OccMed is biometrics only

REQUIREMENTS:

Primary Care experience a must

2-5 years of APP experience in a clinical setting

Experience in Urgent Care or OccMed is a plus

Must be comfortable with drawing blood

BLS and/or ACLS required

SC license
