Detailer role at Walser Wichita Reconditioning Center; full-time schedule including weekends; on-site in Wichita, KS; hourly $17–$18; ongoing/permanent position. - Must be 18+ and hold a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record - Ability to stand, bend, stoop, kneel for extended periods; good manual dexterity - Available to work weekends - PPE: safety eyewear and hard-toed/slip-resistant footwear required - Prior detailing experience preferred but not mandatory

Compensation: $17.00-$18.00/hr

 

What You’ll Do:

• Detail and buff exterior of vehicle
• Maintain cleanliness of the shop
• Clean interior of Recon vehicles
• Assisting in car wash maintenance
• Remove stains and dye carpets
• Pre-prep vehicles for interior detail work
• Empty trash and clean up area at the end of assigned shift
• Maintain cleanliness of the shop
• Move vehicles on the lot
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures and protect company assets
• Must wear safety eyewear at all times when in Recon warehouse service departments
• Must wear hard-toed shoes and slip resistant footwear in when in Recon warehouse service departments
• All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned

What You Bring:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Previous detail experienced preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to work well in a team
• Must have good manual dexterity and be able to bend, stoop, reach, kneel and be on your feet for extended periods of time
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Must be available to work weekends
