Experienced registered nurse responsible for coordinating orientation and continuing education for inpatient medical/surgical nursing staff, developing and evaluating educational programs, and promoting collaborative professional relationships. Ensures compliance with policies, applies adult learning principles, participates in committees and staff development activities, and represents the organization in community initiatives. Requires Associate Degree in Nursing, active RN license, BLS certification, full-time weekday schedule.
