Responsible for assisting physicians and nurses in providing patient care to clinic patients under the supervision of physicians/nurse practitioner and the leader. Duties to include clerical processing, patient preparation, scheduling, lab and medical records.
Position Details:
Medical Assistant – Mercy Clinic Southfork Spine & Pain
Location: 12700 Southfork Rd. Saint Louis, MO 63128
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday (40 hours/week)
Qualifications:
Medical Assistant:
Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Certification: Must obtain BLS certification within 90 days of hire
Preferred Experience: 6 months of clinical healthcare experience
Or
Certified Medical Assistant:
Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Certification: Must have active Medical Assistant certification/registration (RMA, CCMA, CMA).
Must obtain BLS certification within 90 days of hire
