Opportunity:
Electrophysiology Technologist - EP Tech
Job Details:
• Work 4/10s schedule from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM with no call and no weekends
• No call responsibilities, with voluntary participation for emergencies or weekend cases
• Closed on holidays
• Work in 3 electrophysiology suites performing advanced EP procedures
• Handle 22 total cases average between Cath Lab and EP, starting with 15 cases and potentially adding up to 15 additional cases
• Perform ablations, atrial fibrillation, and atrial flutter procedures in very advanced EP lab
• Responsibilities include circulating and assisting, with core staff handling majority of documentation
• Must be experienced with sedation and Phase 1 recovery
• ICU or PACU experience preferred
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Must have experience in both Cath lab and EP
• Work with St Jude and Webster EP equipment
• Expected to be a team player and assist where needed in combined unit approach
• Not required to scrub in
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, RCES or RCIS, COVID vaccine required
• One week orientation provided
• Scrubs provided
