General Manager Responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train hotel staff
- Oversee daily hotel operations and staffing
- Provide timely performance evaluations, coaching, counseling, and employee terminations in accordance with policy
- Maintain a visible, approachable presence for guests and ensure a high level of service across all departments
- Uphold professionalism and courtesy in all guest interactions
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels in alignment with budget guidelines
General Manager Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

- Proven supervisory and leadership skills
