Your Role and Qualifications:- Graduate of an accredited medical school with completed residency in Family or Internal Medicine
- Board Certified or Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
- Licensed (or eligible) in Oregon by the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) by the American Heart Association
