Kentucky Orthopedic Spine Surgery Opportunity
- Join a strong, established Orthopedic group with an immediate need for a fellowship-trained Spine Surgeon. This hospital-employed position offers a modern outpatient clinic, excellent administrative support, and the ability to step into immediate volume on day one.
Position Highlights:
- Join a reputable orthopedic team of 7 physicians and 6 Pas
- Bread-and-butter Orthopedics with the ability to focus on spine
- State-of-the-art outpatient clinic with strong support staff
- Immediate patient volume and established referral patterns
- Spine fellowship training preferred (BC/BE Orthopedic Surgeon)
- Full-time, Monday Friday schedule with designated OR block time and clinic days
- No call required, with optional trauma call available through the main Ortho group
- Supported by one dedicated full-time PA
- Primary coverage at one hospital, with the option to be credentialed at a nearby facility for more complex cases
- J-1 visa sponsorship available
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive guaranteed base salary of $620,000 for 3 years
- $50,000 upfront bonus
