Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with at least 2 years of both CT and X-Ray experience for a variable day shift assignment.
Responsibilities
- Position is at a short term acute care setting with 80 staffed beds
- Work as a CT Technologist with responsibilities for both CT and X-Ray procedures
- Variable start shifts, typically at 7:00 AM or 11:30 AM
- Day shift, 4x10 hour schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Use of Epic EMR is required
- Black scrubs are required for imaging technologists
- Role may require floating between similar units and all facilities within the state
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Former permanent staff must have a 3-month gap before returning as a traveler and cannot live within 50 miles of the facility
- All requested time off must be included at the time of application; additional requests may not be approved
- Minimal to no requested time off is preferred for this assignment
- Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the state as needed
- Free parking is available onsite
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in both CT and X-Ray is required
- Active CT Technologist license required if applicable
- References from at least 2 supervisory figures covering 1 year within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty are required for consideration
- Ability to float between like units per facility policy
- Epic EMR experience required
- SSN, date of birth, and required certifications must be provided
