Travel RN Job Details – Cardiac Cath Lab

• Location: Troy, NY 12180 (New York healthcare job)
• Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse
• Healthcare Setting: Cardiac Cath Lab
• Start Date: November 16, 2025
• End Date: February 14, 2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12-hour days)
• Hours per Week: 36
• On-Call: STEMI team rotation, 6-8 shifts per month including a full weekend (Friday 5:30pm – Monday 7am)
• Number of Openings: 3 Cath Lab RN positions
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,250 - $2,310

Cath Lab RN Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted New York State (NYS) Registered Nurse license
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of recent cardiac cath lab RN experience
• Experience with emergency STEMI team on-call preferred
• Ability to provide clinical support in both procedural and prep-recovery areas

Registered Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in the Cardiac Cath Lab, including procedural and prep-recovery areas
• Perform RN circulating duties for cardiac catheterization and vascular procedures
• Assess, work-up, and recover patients in the prep-recovery area
• Participate in the STEMI team on-call rotation as required
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient safety and compliance
