• Shift Type: 8 hour.
• Regular Hours: Preferred.

• Cases: General, Pediatrics. Healthy Peds, otherwise healthy urology, GYN, and General cases. ASA 1-2.
• Board Certification or Fellowship required: Yes.
• Willing to accept candidates that need to obtain state license: Yes.
• Site Charting System: Epic.
• Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 3.
• Are MDs supervising CRNAs: No.
• Credentialing: 90 days.
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
