We are seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a 30-day locum tenens assignment in Vermont. Starting Feb 2, 2026, this position features weekday shifts (8 or 10 hours, Monday through Friday) in one of Vermont’s busiest operating rooms, with a minimum commitment of one week per month.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8- or 10-hour shifts; no weekends; minimum one week per month
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide general and regional anesthesia for a diverse case mix, including:
- General surgery
- OGYN
- Urology
- Acute pain management
- Minimally invasive blocks
- Trauma surgery
- Pediatric (dental)
- ENT
- Colonoscopy and endoscopy
- Cataract surgery
- Rotate between inpatient operating rooms and the attached surgery center (3 ORs, 1 outpatient room)
- Manage the full scope of preoperative and postoperative anesthesia care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Additional Information
- Vermont license required
- Experience with trauma or critical care preferred but not required
- Experience using Epic EMR
