Hospitalist opening in Duluth and Virginia, MN Located in Duluth and Virginia, MNFull Time; PermanentEmployed Seeking exceptional hospitalists to join our East Market Team. These hospitalists will primarily be based in Duluth, providing approximately 50% of their service there, while also covering our regional hospitals in Virginia and Superior. Practice Specifics: - Ideal candidates should be flexible team players, willing to address complex issues in hospital medicine within a collaborative environment. - Join a team of nearly 80 hospitalists, including physicians and NP/PAs. - Enjoy great flexibility with a 1.0 FTE equating to 168 shifts, typically following a 7/7 schedule for 24 weeks per year. - Mileage/rental car and lodging (if desired) are reimbursed for travel from Primary Location. - Procedures are not required. - Opportunities to participate in hospital-based research, quality, and clinical initiatives. - Opportunity to engage with our inpatient teaching service for Duluth Family Medicine residents. - Utilize Epic Electronic Medical Record throughout the entire health system. - Short-term, vent management (up to 24 hours) is required in Virginia.
