Provides direct patient care in an outpatient clinic under physician or RN supervision, performing tasks such as obtaining vitals, specimen collection (including phlebotomy), administering medications and immunizations, assisting with exams and procedures, and maintaining exam room readiness. Performs routine clerical duties including phone triage, scheduling support, documentation, and supply ordering, while adhering to competency and safety standards. Requires a valid LVN license and BLS certification; position is per-diem/PRN in a float pool model.
