Compensation

• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2330 - $2500 per week

Homecare RN Job Details

• Location: Newton, MA 02459 and surrounding Boston neighborhoods (Back Bay, Beacon Hill, Cambridge, Fenway, etc.)
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Start: 1/11/2026 – End: 4/11/2026)
• Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 8-hour day shifts
• Hours per Week: 40
• Employment Type: Travel nursing assignment
• Weekend Rotation: Once every 6 weeks

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
• Minimum 1 year of certified home health or homecare nursing experience
• At least 1 year of case management experience in a clinical or home health setting
• Ability to travel to patient homes throughout Newton and Boston area
• Strong assessment, care planning, and clinical documentation skills
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR)
• Completion of required onboarding and health screenings (MMR, TB, Influenza, etc.)

Home Health RN Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized home health care plans
• Provide ongoing patient education and support to patients and families in the home setting
• Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with community health and homecare standards
• Perform patient admissions and comprehensive case management duties
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation using EMR systems
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Participate in scheduled weekend rotations as required
