Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced XRay/CT Technologist for a radiology diagnostic assignment requiring 2+ years of experience and BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Position is in a radiology diagnostic unit working with X-ray and CT imaging
- Schedule is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Work is performed in a hospital setting
- Rotating schedule of 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next week
- No on-call required
- GE CT equipment experience preferred
- Orientation is conducted bi-weekly
- Travel pairs are not permitted unless special circumstances apply
- Assignment confirmation must be completed within 24 hours of offer acceptance
- Professional scrubs are typically required
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-5 years of X-ray and CT experience required
- Active West Virginia Medical Imaging License required
- ARRT certification required
- CT registered technologists preferred; must be competent in CT if not registered
- BLS certification required (AHA only)
- Candidates must live at least 100 miles from the facility
- License required if applicable
