This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Clinic is open Monday Friday 8a-5p, 2 shifts per month (maybe more depending on clinic needs)
• Patients per day: Varies
• Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic
• Scope: Standard Primary Care
• State Licensure: Oklahoma
• Responsibility for Mid-Levels: No
• Credentialing Timeframe: None
