The Radiology Physician at Northern Light Medical Management - Randolph Health specializes in mammography and general diagnostic radiology, performing and interpreting imaging procedures including 3D and digital mammography, breast ultrasounds, X-rays, CTs, and MRIs. The role includes conducting image-guided biopsies and light interventional procedures, as well as supervising fluoroscopy diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. This position requires board certification, ACLS/BLS certification, an active NC license, and emphasizes compassionate, community-focused healthcare delivery.

Northern Light Medical Management - Randolph Health is looking for temporary Mammography Specialist with General Dx and Light IR Responsibilities/Flouro Supervision coverage through 2025!

Onsite shifts: M-F, 8a-5p

Job Locations:
• Main Hospital - 364 White Oak St. Asheboro, NC 27203
• MRI Center - 237 N Fayetteville St Asheboro, NC 27203

Systems Used: • EMR: Meditech • PACS: Intelerad • VR: Fluency

• Fluoroscopy Procedures: Perform real-time imaging to assist in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• General Radiology:Conduct and interpret routine imaging exams such as X-rays, CTs, and MRIs.

Mammography Specialist with General Dx and Light IR Responsibilities/Flouro Supervision Onsite (8a-5p)

Breast Imaging: Perform and interpret imaging procedures such as:

3D mammography
Digital mammography
Breast ultrasounds

Diagnostic Procedures: Conduct stereotactic and ultrasound-guided breast biopsies.

Fluoroscopy Procedures: Supervise and assist in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. (3-4/day)

General Radiology: Conduct and interpret routine imaging exams such as X-rays, CTs, and MRIs.

Light Interventional Procedures: Not a 100% IR Position (No IR Call)

Perform non-complex procedures such as: (5-6/day)

Image-guided biopsies
Drainages
Kyphoplasty
PICC line placements
Paracentesis and thoracentesis

Submission Requirements

Board Certified
BLS/ACLS Certified
Active NC License & DEA
Provider MUST have clean files to be considered
