Join a global leader in advanced manufacturing solutions, specializing in precision aero-engine and gas turbine components. We are seeking an experienced CNC EDM Programmer with strong expertise in Wire and/or Sinker EDM operations to support the production of complex, high-tolerance parts.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–10 years of CNC EDM programming experience (Wire, Sinker, or both)
- Proven background in precision machining for aerospace or turbine components
- Proficiency with CAM software and multi-axis CNC programming
- Hands-on experience with machine setup, tooling, and process optimization
- Strong understanding of tight tolerance machining and inspection standards
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and self-management skills
Your Role:
- Develop and optimize EDM programs for high-precision aerospace/turbine components
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to enhance manufacturing processes
- Set up, test, and validate programs on advanced CNC EDM systems
- Troubleshoot and implement on-the-floor modifications as needed
- Provide technical guidance and training to operators and junior programmers
- Participate in required training programs (valid passport required for travel)
