A healthcare network in Texas is seeking a licensed Urgent Care Physician to provide direct patient care, perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and manage patient treatment plans across multiple facilities. The role involves occasional travel with reimbursement provided and requires experience in Ambulatory Care, Emergency Medicine, or Urgent Care settings. Candidates must hold a Texas medical license, be board eligible, and have proficiency with clinical management systems (EMR).
A healthcare network in Texas is currently seeking a licensed Physician to join their growing Urgent Care team at one of their facilities in Arlington.
The qualified, licensed professional selected with role will have to travel to the network's other facilities on occasion. Travel reimbursement will be available!

The Urgent Care Physician will:
- Provide and managedirect patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses and treatment
- Perform therapeutic procedures, such as I&D, splinting, suturing, managing infection, and wound care
- Document and chart patient information in line with current policies and procedures
- Develop and implement patient management plans, record progress notes, and assist in provision of continuity of care
- Communicate with patients regarding testing results, follow-up care, and additional information
- Prescribe pharmaceuticals, other medications, and treatment regimens as appropriate to assessed medical conditions
- Order diagnostic tests, such as x-ray, electrocardiogram, and laboratory tests, and interpret test results for deviation from normal
- Perform other duties, as needed
- 2+ years of Clinical experience in an Ambulatory Care, Emergency Medicine and/or Urgent Care setting
- Graduate of an accredited School of Medicine
- Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Texas
- Board Eligible
- DEA license with no restrictions
- Computer savvy and working knowledge of Clinical Management systems (EMR)
- Board Certified
