About the Position

We are seeking an Ortho Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Outpatient Clinic in La Grande, OR.

• Schedule: Four 10-hour days per week.
• Facility: A growing and expanding Critical Access Hospital with a newly completed 96,000 sq. ft. addition. This state-of-the-art expansion includes:
  • 5 new operating rooms.
  • 2 endoscopy suites (convertible to additional ORs).
  • 15 pre/post-op rooms.
  • 7 PACUs.
• Clinic: Located adjacent to the main hospital in the Regional Medical Plaza, featuring:
  • On-site x-ray suite.
  • 1:1 medical support staffing.
• Local Community: Home to a university with an active athletics program.
• Employment Details:
  • Full-time, permanent position.

  • Epic EMR system.

About the Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: Highly competitive starting at $142,500+.
• Incentives:
  • RVU production bonus based on an annual threshold.
  • Quality incentives up to $12,500 annually.
• Bonuses:
  • $20,000 commencement bonus.
