Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide direct patient care including consultations, admissions, and follow-up care.

- Collaborate with the in-practice Advanced Practice Provider (APP) for consults, follow-ups, orders, and patient management.
- Coordinate care with the multidisciplinary cancer team.
- Provide coverage when the PRN Medical Oncologist is not on-site.
Additional Information
- Board Certified or Board Eligible candidates required.
- Must possess a valid Illinois medical license.
- DEA and CSR licenses required.
- Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) necessary.
- Proficiency with the Epic EMR system is essential.
