Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and licensed Architect Project Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, design sensibility, and project management skills to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of architectural projects from concept through completion. This role requires a balance of creative problem-solving, technical proficiency, and organizational oversight to ensure projects meet design intent, client expectations, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and deliverables in collaboration with managers, consultants, and contractors.
- Develop and review design presentations, construction documents, and permit submissions.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning, ADA, and applicable standards.
- Participate in client meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Support construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, and site visits.
- Uphold design quality, accuracy, and consistency across all project phases.
Qualifications
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
- Active architectural license.
- 3–7 years of architectural experience with project coordination.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and related design/documentation tools.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and permitting processes.
- Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
