- 2 years preferred for independent night-shift coverage

- Pending License: Accepted

- 48 Hours Approved: No
Staffing & Ratios- Labor: 1:1
- Postpartum: 1:3
Scheduling & Work Requirements- Floating: Yes, based on unit needs
- On-Call: Yes – 1 low-census shift per pay period
- Weekends: Every other or every third
- Block Scheduling: Unknown

- Travelers should expect to float to other units based on skill set
Floating Locations (System-Wide)AYA Healthcare professionals may be required to float to other units and facilities to meet PH&S needs, including:

- Willamette Falls
- Seaside
- Saint Vincent
Seaside Floating Incentives- +$5/hour incentive for hours worked at Seaside
- IRS mileage reimbursement provided
- Hotel provided if floating for consecutive shifts
- Facility will provide as much advance notice as possible when floating to Seaside
