RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work in a 9-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit with patient ratios of 1:1-2 for PICU and 1:2-3 for stepdown
• Must have 1 year PICU experience required
• PALS certification required
• Must work 3 weekends in a 6-week schedule
• Self-scheduling available
• Will float to Pediatrics and NICU as needed
• Dress code requires all navy, all white, or navy pants with white tops
• Work with Alaris pumps and Cerner documentation system
• Unit has HUC coverage from 9 AM to 9 PM with shared tech support
• Perform procedures including IV starts, catheter insertions, assist with lumbar punctures, central line dressing changes, hemodynamic monitoring, trach care, tube feeding and placement, ICP monitoring, and ventilator management
