Job Details:
- BC/BE Urologist
- Actively licensed in Kentucky or willing to obtain one
- Great opportunity with a multi-specialty medical group completely owned by the physicians; currently, there are almost 200 physician and clinical providers
- Seeking two Urologists to join an established group of Urologists to meet the tremendous growth in patient volume
- Urology Department consists of 3 Urologists and 2 ARNPs
- Call of 1:3 currently, will go to 1:4 once the new physician joins. Plan is to hire 2 so call will be at 1:5
- AllScripts EMR is utilized, full access to Robotic Surgery da Vinci Surgical System
- 20-30 Patients Per Day on Average
- The average week consists of 4 office days and 1 surgery day
- Urology Department - Ambulatory Surgery Center Accreditation
- Financials: Income Guarantee, production bonus, and excellent fringe benefit package; physicians are eligible to become a shareholder of the medical group after the first year
