Job Title: Permanent Physician - Neonatology
Dignity Health St. Rose Dominican Hospitals is seeking a BC/BE Neonatologist to join a dynamic, team-oriented group providing exceptional care in a state-of-the-art Level II and Level III NICU environment in the beautiful and family-friendly Henderson, Nevada community.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality clinical care to newborns in a 26-bed Level III NICU and a 6-bed Level II NICU.
- Utilize advanced neonatal technologies including body cooling, jet ventilation, oscillators, and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO).
- Collaborate closely with pediatric subspecialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Lead and participate in teaching initiatives and quality improvement projects.
- Work alongside a highly skilled nursing team in a supportive, collegial environment.
- Engage in flexible scheduling designed to promote a healthy work/life balance.

Qualifications:
- Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine.
- Must have a Nevada medical license or willingness to obtain it.
- Clean malpractice and license history (highly preferred).
- Open to both experienced neonatologists and recent graduates who meet certification requirements.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Neonatology.
- Valid Neonatology or Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine certification.
