Clinic is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join their Primary Care team in west-central Minnesota, just southeast of Fargo, ND.
Details:- This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a collaborative outpatient setting
- Ideal candidate is committed to improving health outcomes, fostering long-term relationships with patients, and working alongside a multidisciplinary team
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations
- Manage acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and order appropriate diagnostic tests
- Provide preventive care, health education, and lifestyle counseling
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff to ensure continuity of care
- Document patient encounters accurately and timely using EPIC EMR
Qualifications:- Must be able to see pediatric patient populations
- Previous work experience as an APP in primary care required
- Active certification and licensure as an NP or PA-C
- DEA registration and prescriptive authority in Minnesota upon start
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Benefits/Compensation:- Base compensation salary is guaranteed starting at $118,500/year for the first 2 years of employment
- Opportunity to earn additional income based on production hours worked (wRVU s)
