Locum Anesthesiologists needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Erwin, NC. NC license preferred.

• Shift Times: 8 hours Required, Monday - Friday 8 hours per day 7a - 3pm.
• Day Shift: Required.
• Holiday (Shift): Preferred.
• OT: Not expected but offered.
• Cases: General, Cardiac, Neuro, Ortho, OB and Pediatrics.
• Board Certification or Fellowship Required: Yes.
• Site Charting System: iPro.
• Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 4.
• Are MDs supervising CRNAs?: Yes.
• What is the MD to CRNA ratio?: 1 to 4.
• Are MDs doing their own cases: Yes.
• Other notes about the site: Mix of MD supervision and doing their own cases.
• Will cross credential at 3 sites.
• Credentialing: 105 days.
• Accelerated Privileges?: Temporary (30 - 60 days).
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
