Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Tele (2N) – Nights
Location: Savannah, GA 31405
Position Type: Travel Contract (Radius rule 100 miles)
Shift: 12-hour Nights
Duration: 14 Weeks

Hours/Week: 36 hours/week
Unit InformationMinimum RequirementsExperience- Minimum 2 years Med/Tele nursing experience
- Must have successfully completed at least one prior travel contract
- Must have experience in a facility with similar size and acuity
Licensure & Certifications- Active RN license
- BLS and ACLS required
Traveler Distance Rule- Permanent residence must be 101+ miles from the facility ZIP code (31405)
Roles & ResponsibilitiesRequired Skills & Competencies- Strong Med/Tele background and clinical judgment
- Proficient in rhythm interpretation
- Experience titrating cardiac-related drips
- Ability to manage a fast-paced assignment with ratios of 1:4–1:5
- Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills
- Proficiency with electronic documentation; Meditech preferred
Scheduling- Self-scheduling allowed; shifts may be adjusted for staffing needs
- Block scheduling permitted
- Weekends: Every other weekend required
- Holidays: Required unless approved RTO
- Call: None
- Floating: Rare; may float to Neurosurgical PCU (same ratios)
